The Rotary organization has evolved. There is still a level of uncertainty as we move into summer 2021. It remains to be seen how those human connections Rotary members valued in the past will continue. Though the old adage of 'hands face space' will undoubtedly continue to be a component of our routine it is apparent that the confidence building is evident and connections between face-to-face occur. Rotary however has evolved. Rotary's networks create relationships which last. The Pandemic was our catalyst to take on technology. Our practices have been refined to keep online meetings at the forefront of our workplaces, as well as introducing services and social activities in a face-toface format. In order to build the foundation for a brighter future for Rotary, we have used the opportunities of the pandemic as well as our traditional practices.
